Good bye winter, hello summer.....hello winter!!!
I haven´t been updating my blog for a long time...But here we go, summer has arrived and I am more than happy to be back at the ocean to catch some beautiful waves with my friends!

After some days of stunt doubleing for a big movie production for Roxy (The Chalet Girl) in Garmisch, including a Roxy photoshoot at the Kaunertal Glacier, I have finally managed to be back at Hossegor/south west of france. Being at the beach, playing table tennis (creating senseless videos), ......
...., watching the soccer world championships and having amazing surf sessions refills my energy! The winter has been tough and my body got really tired after that amazing, but long season. There is something about the ocean, that I just cannot explain! I am loving it!

After our Völkl Team week here in Seignosse, being crowned Völkl female athlete of the year, I went to Dallas/Texas for 4 days to participate in my cousins indian wedding. I am almost lost for words as this wedding has been unreal! A non-stop music, food, dancing, henna, friends, singing, smiling extravaganza of a wedding weekend. I wish Jessica and Nilay all the best and I am so honoured to have met so many wonderful people. Thank You!

Back in Hossegor with my friends, we are just having a blast doing different extreme exercises like:
extreme skating,
extreme bbq-ing at Peters house
unexpected extreme poolpartying at night at Peters house as well
extreme dinners - laughing so much our stomach muscles hurt
extreme wine tastings
extreme hanging tens on my board (eko teko from 7skygreenroom.com),
extreme shopping for weddings,
extreme friendshiping (Lena, Basa, Ines...I love you!!!),
extreme wave checking (a surf video is about to be released soon).
and finally extreme soulsurfing with the new Völkl board
In about one month I will take off to New Zealand for the World Heli Challenge (www.worldhelichallenge.com) and a Roxy photoshoot in Argentina. I cannot imagine to be back in powder soon, but I am really looking forward to travel the world with my snowboard again! Good bye summer, hello winter!
